Remove existing equipment and walls, form and pour new pit and drainage, install new cart sterilizer with related mechanical and electrical systems including 12" dia. welded stainless steel exhaust ductwork. Constructing new walls, ceilings and floors with new finishes as per specifications. Manage all aspects of construction including coordination of sub-contractors and scheduling with owners representatives and maintenance department, mechanical and electrical consultants and cart wash manufacturer.
