Multi phased project to replace flooring in active floor of hospital. Set up isolation hoarding for each 3 room phases. Remove & replace flooring in rooms & adjacent hallway. Take down & set up for subsequent phase. 2 complete floors were renovated. 65 different phases. 14 weeks ahead of schedule.
