Install Architectural clouds & custom halo lighting in upper ceiling and new LED pot lights in lower ceiling with custom control module. Install 2 large motorized projection screens with suspended dual projectors & AV system included all new multi speaker installation. Modify HVAC system for new bulkhead layout. Replace all electrical work for new systems. Upgrade concrete floor by polishing existing surface. Repaint the room.
