Renovation of two existing elevators at SHSC St. John’s Rehabilitation Hospital site. The work includes stripping of existing cabs, installations of all new finishes on the interior, shaft modernization, replacement of lift equipment’s including motors and other pieces located in the existing machine room. This work includes epoxy painting of the existing flooring in the machine room, repainting of walls around the elevator lobbies in each floor. Mechanical, Sprinkler & Electrical work.
