Renovation to existing office and retherm kitchen area to create 3 new offices, a conference room and hotelling space for residents. Work included new walls / doors and frames, all new finishes including new led lighting. HVAC reworked to accommodate new space. Also encountered mould, during demo which was removed per current standards. All reinstated following. All IPAC procedures and methods followed due to proximity to patients and staff. Work completed in live environment.
