Renovation of existing vacant space to 4 new patient bed spaces within a critical care unit. Work included new washrooms complete along with new bed head walls that would accommodate oxygen/ suction/ med gas etc. along with integrated nurse call buttons, electrical receptacles/ speakers/ pillow lights, etc. Also new mechanical air distribution/ drain connections, lighting and all new architectural finishers re mill work/ flooring/ paint/ doors/ glazing, etc. All work completed within the existing occupied patient areas.
