Removal of existing stringer to flight one of the stairs and replaced it with new stringer. Removal of existing metal riser plates & concrete tread to flight two. Installed precast concrete treads & risers to both flights of the stairs, including two coats of sika epoxy coating & caulking to match the finishes of the sika epoxy coating.
